The goal of this worksheet is to become aware, attentive and conscious of our behaviours.

Our behaviours drive our results.
When we change behaviours and beliefs we will change the outcomes we see.

On day 30 celebrate and reflect.

Look back on your days do you see any patterns?

Were you able to take control of your actions to see different results?
What worked?
What changed?
What did you notice that became easier?
Did you have more connection? Purpose? Ease in you days?
Did your body change inside? Outside?
Were you able to bring the locus of control out of your outer world, and back into your inner world?
Can you control your state better?

What to Expect

30 Day Stress Challenge

Instructions:

1.Download this worksheet.
2.Begin at the beginning. This is to be done for 30 days consecutively (every day of the week including weekends).
3. Fill in the first four questions at the beginning of the day.
4. Proceed with your day.
5. At the end of your day return to the sheet, and fill in the last three questions.
6. Repeat for days 2-30.
